The afternoon dives into Stakeholder Management & Requirements Elicitation, where attendees practice interviewing, surveys, and user story development.
Day 2 shifts to Requirements Documentation, Analysis, and Agile Business Analysis. Attendees learn how to craft Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), differentiate functional and non-functional requirements, and utilize tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, and Confluence.
